2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry form, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Services

Sukha Dukha Media provides the following creative services:

• Brand films and corporate video production
• Short-form content and social media reels
• Commercial and product photography
• UI/UX design and digital branding
• Social media strategy and content management

All service deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope are agreed upon in a separate project proposal or contract between the client and Sukha Dukha Media. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any such agreements.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, stickers, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sukha Dukha Media and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.

Regarding client projects: upon full payment, the agreed creative deliverables are transferred to the client for their intended use. Sukha Dukha Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and on social media unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Sukha Dukha Media for services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete briefs, brand guidelines, and reference materials in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any content, logos, or assets provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines. Delays caused by late feedback may affect project timelines.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in project suspension.

6. Payment Terms

All projects require a written proposal and agreement before work commences. Our standard payment terms are:

• 50% advance payment before project begins.
• Remaining 50% upon delivery of final assets.
• Custom payment structures may be agreed upon for larger projects.

We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment has been received. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST where applicable.

7. Revisions & Scope Creep

Our project proposals include a defined number of revision rounds. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Any additions to the original scope — including extra scenes, additional deliverables, or changes in direction — will be communicated and quoted separately before work proceeds.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after a significant portion of the work has been completed, additional charges may apply proportional to the work delivered.

In the rare event that Sukha Dukha Media is unable to fulfil a project, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sukha Dukha Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, reach, or ROI from creative content produced. The effectiveness of content depends on distribution, platform algorithms, and other factors beyond our control.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project briefs, and business data as strictly confidential. We will not share, sell, or disclose this information to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website to:

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

12. Modifications & Availability
